I'm worried because I read that the Fat Albert Colorado Blue Spruce can get a form of root rot.

Proper drainage is key. One of the best ways to improve drainage and aeration is by using organic matter, like compost.

Hey, this root rot issue is usually caused by not keeping up with the drainage. So, my suggestion is to plant your tree in soil with good drainage🌲

Gosh, I understand how hard it is to take care of this plant. It's so important to make sure it's getting the right amount of water and the right kind of soil. I know it can be tough to keep an eye on its growth, but if you do that, you'll be able to help it thrive!

Oh, no! Root rot is actually pretty hard to fix. The best thing you can do is use a plant that has drainage holes in the pot.
