Hey, I need some help. I overwatered my plant, and now it's in bad shape. Any ideas on how to fix it?

First of all, I'd suggest reducing how often you water your tree. Then, I'd recommend checking the tree more closely. You can check the planting medium to see if it has drainage. Is it good, or could it cause the roots to rot? If so, I'd suggest replanting in a pot that has drainage holes.

Oh, no! If your Colorado blue spruce is getting too much water, you should reduce the amount of water you're giving it. If you feel like you've already reduced the watering, try checking by inserting your finger a few inches into the soil. If it still feels wet, wait until it feels dry, then water it again. Otherwise, the Colorado blue spruce roots might rot if there's too much water.

It's easier to deal with your plants by overwatering, transplanting, or changing and providing new planting media.

This is a common problem, and I always have the same experience. So, you can stop watering the plant, make sure it has good drainage, and repot it if necessary.

Hey, I know this must be bugging you. I had the same thing happen when I overwatered my plant. It had only one leaf stem left, but I figured out how to save it. I repotted the plant with new soil and made sure the pot had drainage holes. Within a week, I started watering it less.
